By accessing or using Graceful Words at gracefulwords.co (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using Graceful Words, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Graceful Words uses artificial intelligence to help you draft eulogies and obituaries based on information you provide about your loved one. The Service generates written content as a starting point to support your own writing and editing process.

The content produced by Graceful Words is generated by an AI system (powered by Anthropic’s Claude). While we strive to produce thoughtful, high-quality output:

• AI-generated content is intended as a starting point, not a finished product. We encourage you to review, personalize, and edit the output before use.
• We make no guarantee that the generated content is suitable for any specific legal, official, religious, or ceremonial purpose.
• We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated text.

Once you receive your generated eulogy, the content is yours. You own the output and may use, edit, publish, or distribute it freely with no restrictions from us. We do not retain rights to content generated on your behalf.

Graceful Words charges a one-time fee per generation. Because content is delivered digitally and immediately upon payment, all sales are final. Please review our Refund Policy for information on exceptions.

You agree not to use Graceful Words to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

Graceful Words is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or the content generated.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
